Description: Marian 👧🏻 is BACK by popular demand, and blonder than ever 👩🏼. I asked her to choose the menu for this episode and she went with one of my favorites, Thai food 🤗! The dishes we prepared for you are classics in Thai cuisine - Pad Thai Stir-Fried Noodles and Tom Kha Gai (Coconut soup). The Pad Thai may not have been perfect, visually, but the flavors were incredible. I would recommended doubling up on the sauce recipe for a deeper color and stronger flavor 👌🏼. Enjoy the show! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ✔️ [PAD THAI (STIR-FRIED NOODLES)] 🐟 SAUCE: Fish sauce, 3 tbsp Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Palm sugar (or regular white sugar), 2 tbsp Tamarind, 2 tsp Sriracha, 2 tsp Water, 1/4 cup 🍤 PAD THAI INGREDIENTS: Three Ladies brand rice sticks, 1 package Shrimp, 100 g Chives, chopped, 100 g Eggs, 2 eggs Bean sprouts, 100 g Peanuts, crushed Chili powder Limes, cut into wedges ✔️ [TOM KHA GAI (COCONUT SOUP)] 🍜 SOUP BASE & INGREDIENTS: Kaffir lime leaves (or lemon leaves), 3 pieces Lemongrass stalk, 1 Galangal root, sliced Thai chili, chopped, 1-2 chilis Coconut milk, 3 cups Chicken stock 1.5 cups Water, 1.5 cups Sugar, 5 tbsp Fish sauce, 2/3 cup Lime juice, 2/3 cup Dry chili powder, 1 tbsp Chili oil, 1-2 tbsp Chicken breast, sliced, 4 oz.
